A Google Earth view of the Stephenson Property on North Madison. On the left (south) of the property is the Moser/Lyne Home. They bought the property and razed it due to termite infestation destroyed the structure:

The lady on the left "could" be Catherine Lyne, as she shows up in a number of pictures. Mom had told me that Catherine was a friend, though somewhat older than her. Just a guess unless someone knows better. W.C. and Bridget and Old Blue.

Since Grandpa designed the Rialto Theater in 1922, and that looks like it in the background, this must have been later. Date unknown and no sure who the lady is. And not only does it get cold in Beeville, it SNOWS !
